Include Submission Form: Please ensure to include the completed SUBMISSION FORM with your item. This form helps us identify your order and ensures accurate processing.

Label Your Item: It's crucial to label your item clearly with your name, order number, signature location, pen color/type, and COA location. If no COA is needed please mark NO COA on your labeling. This ensures that your item is signed correctly the exact way you want. Here is a VIDEOto help you label and ship your item. Simply scroll to the timestamp of the item you are sending in.

Print Off Your Receipt: We kindly ask you to print off your order receipt and include it with your item. This serves as proof of purchase and helps us confirm the details of your order.
