Returns are open on physical products (not Autograph Signings) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.  Item must be received in same condition received in and with certificate of authenticity (if applicable).  Once received, a full refund will be given.  Please include your receipt when sending the item back so we know who to refund. Ship to:

Most items are shipped by UPS (unless a PO Box).  All items are shipped with tracking which is uploaded into your order page.  

Items that are ordered as part of autograph signings can't be returned due to their custom and made to order nature.  This applies to any item you send us (YOUR ITEM) or an item you order from us (OUR ITEM).  

All autograph signing mail in items are sent in at customer's risk. Although 99% of requests are fulfilled, not all requests can be guaranteed. We will make every effort to comply with your specific requests such as pen color, pen type, signature location, etc. however, we can’t guarantee them.  Athlete has the right to decline any item or inscription.  

If you live in a country outside of the USA, duties and taxes may be additional to your order and are not part of the total price.  Recipient is required to pay them.

16x20 anything above that needs to be rolled.  Any bulky items such a canvas that can't be rolled, please check first to see if I can take an item of that size.

Yes, however game used items and original artwork often fall into a different pricing category.  Please inquire before ordering for a quote.
