Shipping & Returns

Returns are open within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.  Item must be received in same condition received in and with certificate of authenticity (if applicable).  Once received, a full refund will be given (unless the item was shipped 2-day or overnight, in that case the refund will be minus shipping costs).  Please include your receipt when sending the item back so we know who to refund.

Most items are shipped by USPS, but larger items, items shipped by express, and items requiring a signature will ship by UPS.  All items are shipped with tracking which is uploaded into your order page.  

Items that are ordered as part of autograph signings can't be returned due to their custom and made to order nature.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. Item must be received in same condition received in and with certificate of authenticity (if applicable). Once received, a full refund will be given (unless the item was shipped 2-day or overnight, in that case the refund will be minus shipping costs). Please contact us before returning an item so we can supply you with the correct shipping return address.

16x20 anything above that needs to be rolled.  Any bulky items such a canvas that can't be rolled, please check first to see if I can take an item of that size.

Yes, however game used items and original artwork often fall into a different pricing category.  Please inquire before ordering for a quote.
