At Powers Sports Memorabilia, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are allowed and how returns are handled.


1. Physical Merchandise Refunds

Physical products that are not related to autograph signings may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging and materials
  • Include any provided Certificate of Authenticity (COA), if applicable

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


2. Autograph Signings and Made-to-Order Items

Orders for autograph signings, custom services, and items that require submission for signing are not eligible for refunds.

Once an autograph signing order is placed and the item is submitted, it is considered a custom service and cannot be returned for a refund.


3. Mail-In and Signing Orders

If you choose to send your own item to Powers Sports Memorabilia for an autograph signing, you acknowledge and agree that the item is shipped to us at your own risk. Powers Sports Memorabilia is not responsible for loss or damage to items while in transit to our facility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items to us and highly recommend using UPS or FedEx over USPS.

Items that arrive after the signing deadline may not be included in the scheduled signing. Late items may either be returned to the customer or held for a future signing at our discretion.

Powers Sports Memorabilia offers optional Order Protection at checkout. Order Protection covers the item while it is being shipped back to you from our facility and is limited to the total purchase price paid to Powers Sports Memorabilia, as shown on your invoice. For example, if your total autograph order is $400, Order Protection provides coverage up to $400. Order Protection does not cover the full replacement value of customer-owned items.

If your item requires insurance coverage beyond what Order Protection provides, you must supply your own prepaid return shipping label with the appropriate level of insurance.

All signed and authenticated items completed through the autograph signing process are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Faulty or Damaged Merchandise

If you receive a physical product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at natalie@powerssportsmemorabilia.com.

When contacting us, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once we receive this information, we will review the details and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

We strongly recommend adding Order Protection to your order at checkout, as it provides coverage in the event an item is lost or damaged during shipping.

5. Return Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return for eligible physical merchandise:

  1. Email natalie@powerssportsmemorabilia.com with your order number
  2. Await return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided

Please do not send returns without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Autograph signing orders
  • Custom signed items
  • Made-to-order services
