Shipping & Returns

Returns are open on physical products (not Autograph Signings) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.  Item must be received in same condition received in and with certificate of authenticity (if applicable).  Once received, a full refund will be given.  Please include your receipt when sending the item back so we know who to refund. Ship to:

Most items are shipped by USPS, but larger items are shipped via UPS.  High value items may require a signature at delivery.  All items are shipped with tracking which is uploaded into your order page.  

Items that are ordered as part of autograph signings can't be returned due to their custom and made to order nature.

All autograph signing mail in items are sent in at customer's risk. Although 99% of requests are fulfilled, not all requests can be guaranteed. We will make every effort to comply with your specific requests such as pen color, pen type, signature location, etc. however, we can’t guarantee them.  Athlete has the right to decline any item or inscription.  We highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance at checkout.

If you live in a country outside of the USA, duties and taxes may be additional to your order and are not part of the total price.  Recipient is required to pay them.
